Doodles welcomes all ages of children from babies to teenagers!

Visit our ceramics workshop in Edinburgh with your little one or with a school or community group.

At Doodles we welcome people 7 days a week to our studio in Marchmont, Edinburgh. Book in for a family outing, treat day, one on one time, hand and foot print memento, clay imprint or simply make a personalised gift for a loved one. We have gift ideas and items for all occasions and events. We also welcome group bookings for birthday parties (age 8+), school, nursery and community outings. We offer a variety of options for children to be be creative and have fun, so please contact us today and a member of the doodles team will be happy to run through your ideas and options. Doodles ceramics also welcomes adults for individual, group or team building events.

Ceramic decorating

Its as easy as 1, 2, 3 !
First you choose a white unglazed piece of pottery from 100's of items, then select your colours from over 80 glaze paints and finally paint, splash, splatter, dab, etch on your design. Just bring your imagination! However we have lots of books and helpful friendly staff to help with that part too!

All glazed items are food and microwave safe and will be ready to collect in 7 days after painting.

Children's paint sessions:
We can accommodate a max of 14 children in one group for 1-2 hours depending on age. We ask that one adult attends for every 6 children to supervise.
